After LRGP Third Driver Romain claimed his second GP2 victory of the season, we managed to get a few words with the French star.

Romain, congratulations on another GP2 victory today – how did it feel on the podium today?
RG: It was great to be there again. What a feeling! It was my second victory of the season (I won in Istanbul back in May) and it's a great feeling standing on the podium again, especially in the middle!

How did you find today's race?
RG: It was another tough challenge, but I love these challenges – they all add to your character as a driver. To win at such a prestigious place as Valencia is fantastic. It's a great circuit, a great setting and it's a very special feeling to put another foot forward in my quest for the title.

With the F1 also going on in Valencia this weekend, did you receive lots of praise?
RG: Yeah, I did! The LRGP guys at the circuit all congratulated me. I'm just so happy to get another victory and to be leading the Drivers' Championship.

How do you stay at the top of the Championship?
RG: Through a lot of hard work and real focus. There's a lot of races to go, starting at Silverstone in two weeks. I've got to keep pushing for victories to give myself the best chance.
